Your doors need to be properly prepared for spray painting, it isn't just a case of slapping a quick coat of paint on. To get a nice flat professional finish your doors need to be cleaned and degreased this is especially important with wooden doors as they are a natural product over time the wood can absorb cooking grease and fats into the grain so has to be removed before painting as this can react with the paint, we do use a range of special de-greasers and primers which limits this potential problem. We not only spray paint wooden kitchen doors we can also spray MDF kitchen doors, laminate kitchen doors and vinyl wrapped doors as long as the vinyl is in sound condition. and paints to achieve a finish that is hard wearing and easily wiped clean.

When thinking of re-vamping your kitchen spray painting your cabinets has to be one of the most cost effective options out there. You can also combine a new spray painted finish, with new handles, new soft close hinges and new or re-sprayed worktops. See for yourself one of our most recent jobs involving spray painting all the cabinets in situ after new worktops and re designed cabinets have been fitted.
Most of the time we get a fantastic just manufactured finish our experienced paint sprayers are quite particular and are not happy until it is as near perfect finish as can be achieved. But sometimes its not possible to get as good a finish or to get a "as new " factory finish, as many doors are several years old and can absorb grease over time this can, even after degreasing react with the paints so if you are looking for an "as new "finish this process will probably not be suitable for very old wooden or MDF type doors but what it will do is freshen up your kitchen and extend the life of your doors. However we can repair and paint some older wooden and MDF doors but a lot of the time on the wooden doors the grain over time can open up so when the doors are painted the grain will become more pronounced which some customers don't like, however it all comes down to the look you want and what your budget is.
If your doors are past it and are not suitable for painting we can offer you our vinyl wrapping service or even supply you new replacement doors in vinyl, MDF, laminate or solid wood, you can even have them painted to your own individual colour.
We use our specially formulated range of environmentally safe paints with added hardeners that are durable hard wearing and ideally suited for your kitchen cabinets, doors and drawers.
